Job Description

Administers commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness and ensures accuracy and timeliness of payments. Resolves reconciliation issues and maintains and audits information needed to track revenue and other sales transaction types. Contributes to the strategy, design, policies, and guidelines of our sales incentive programs and Recommends operational process improvements in incentives, quota management, incentive adjustments, regular payouts and program tools scalability. Administration of sales incentive plans and commission payments for global selling teams. Partners with global business owners to ensure the proper plan design, calculation, delivery and execution of sales incentives.
