TVP is looking for an Operational Finance Associate who can own day-to-day financial operations across Accounts Payable, commissions, reporting, and production support. This role bridges the gap between bookkeeping and operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth internal workflows in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The Director of Finance Transformation and Global Shared Services is responsible for leading the strategic transformation of finance operations while managing global shared services for a $400M technology company. This senior leadership role oversees the payroll and procure-to-pay departments, drives system implementations, and establishes standardized processes across the organization.

Drive and execute strategic and operational Finance projects that shape how n8n scales, from systems implementation to fundraising, process transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner closely with the VP Finance and other teams across the organization to build scalable foundations for our fast-growing business.
