Drive company-wide and team-wide OKRs, QBRs, and BOD deck preparation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and the CFO Org to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance financial and operational efficiency. Build sophisticated models to support P&L consolidation, scenario planning, and financial forecasting, providing insights to executive leadership.

Be the right hand to the CEO, handling financial modeling, business analysis, tracking teams and performance, and driving cross-functional projects. Collaborate with the C-Suite to streamline operations and drive high-priority initiatives. Identify process improvements and implement efficient, tech-driven solutions.
