- The Patient Care Coordinator manages client outreach for assigned veterinary practices, supporting preventive care compliance and appointment scheduling.
- This role educates clients on recommended veterinary services while conducting outreach through phone, text, and email to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
- The PCC serves as the primary communication liaison for assigned clinics, helping support clinic workflows and service goals.
- Partner with the Strategy team on initiatives, including De Novo Growth and Strategic Real Estate projects.
- Build financial models and decision-support tools that guide business priorities and capital allocation.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Source, qualify, recruit, and convert Primary Partner DVM / Medical Director candidates.
- Build and maintain a national, multi-state pipeline of potential DVM Partner / Medical Director candidates.
- Manage recruitment activities including: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
