Manage paid media for 30+ practices across our clinic partner network. Ensure the regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid media and optimize campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goals. Implement and configure conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths and provide feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to stakeholders.

Oversee the daily payroll operations for a complex, rapidly growing veterinary services organization, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and robust internal controls. Function as a subject matter expert on payroll systems, processes, and compliance, and serve as the point of contact for escalated payroll inquiries. Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll initiatives.
