Under guidance and while reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, you will create, update and maintain all Field and Practice Operations manuals/playbooks. Handle all monthly updates from various departments including communicating to practices and updating the operations manuals, guides, and playbooks. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure all department communications are going to practice from one source.

An immediate opportunity for a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join the business development team, you will organize, analyze and further develop acquisition opportunities within the veterinary industry. You will analyze financial information, participate in internal investment committee discussions, address follow-up questions and concerns, and help secure a Letter of Intent for target practices. You’ll help manage the deal pipeline and prepare weekly deal updates.
