The Genesis Specialist will provide customers with onsite technology integration, education and utilization support, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Services, and Tech Support to ensure customers have the tools to launch, optimize and sustain a successful robotic surgery program, actively involved in care team training, resident system training, program support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives. Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans. Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

The Genesis Trainer will provide customers with onsite technology integration, education, and utilization support, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Services, and Tech Support to ensure customers have the necessary tools to launch and sustain a successful robotic surgery program, and will be actively involved in care team training, program support and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Clinical Associate Representative will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers. This role involves managing complex surgical procedures and sophisticated robotically assisted operations in the operating room, requiring a high level of attention to detail. The Clinical Associate Representative will also work to create competency and expertise with all PROCEPT BIOROBOTICS technologies among physicians and support staff.
