The Cardiovascular Program Specialist will provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the use of DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies. This role partners closely with the sales team to ensure safe and effective product adoption while driving positive patient outcomes. This role is part of a small team of strategic sales professionals across the country.

The Clinical Associate Representative will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers. Direct the medical education strategy, establish a medical education team, and develop and execute internal and external product and procedure training programs for Calyxo products. This role also includes delivering clinical training during procedures, providing technical assistance to surgeons and OR staff during live surgical procedures, and training surgeons to achieve procedural independence.

The Clinical Director of Speech-Language Pathology provides dynamic leadership and oversight of MeBe’s Speech and Language Therapy department across all markets, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of speech-language services. This role combines leadership responsibilities with a limited direct therapy caseload to ensure continued clinical expertise and hands-on mentorship.

Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated locations and remote locations as needed, as well as train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products. You will also occasionally support the da Vinci® System in a hospital operating room and maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning of instruments and accessories. Support positive relationships with external training location personnel and ISI management, contributing to the organization’s quarterly goal achievements. Develop competency in da Vinci ® System Technology and applications, OR Efficiency Training Pathway process and training/coaching techniques/methodologies. Register training activity milestone and submit expenses and perform administrative tasks using internal online training and internal systems.
