Plans, coordinates, and monitors project scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks. Participate in identification and proposal of departmental initiatives, including defining requirements and implementing projects. Track and coordinate projects to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Monitor activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of the project and ensure compliance with company and government policies.

Assist the Chief Medical Director to direct and coordinate the medical management, quality improvement and credentialing functions for the business unit. Provides medical leadership for utilization management, cost containment, and medical quality improvement activities. Performs medical review activities pertaining to utilization review and medical review of complex medical services, ensuring timely and quality decision making.
