Position Purpose:
- Train provider staff on the Company’s clinical philosophy.
- Review Provider Profiling Reports with STS Provider Staff.
- Assist STS Providers in developing corrective action plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide formal Provider Staff Trainings.
- Participate in cross functional teams to solve system issues.
- Identify Provider System needs and propose solutions.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy or RN.
- 5+ years of experience in Home Health, Rehab/Clinic, Hospital, or School-Based settings.
- Current Certification/Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy in the State of Practice.
