What You’ll Do:
- Work to improve organizational efficiencies via training Leadership and Supervisors on customer flow, approval processes, policy, etc.
- Provide training and coaching to project staff to assist with meeting performance and contractual goals; provide corrections training to staff, as needed.
- Facilitate job-specific related training, based on the needs of the Operation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of training and/or quality/performance training, preferably across multiple states
- At least 3 years of experience in workforce development, specifically with WIOA programs (ideally, SNAP, TANF, etc. program experience, as well)
