Training Manager (Sales & Customer Service)

Role Overview:

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in training, learning & development, enablement, or people leadership
• Strong understanding of sales operations and customer service workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure mastery of customer-facing workflows including quoting, order processing, and CRM usage
• Lead and support trainers or facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

Work Schedule:

• Work hours must overlap with US Eastern Standard Time
• This is to ensure effective collaboration with US-based teams
