Job Description

Why this role matters:

  • Develops sales training for the company’s sales organization.
  • Helps sales representatives do their job better.
  • Researches, designs, delivers and evaluates training programs.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously optimize a scalable, blended learning curriculum for all sales functions.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure accurate content.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement.
  • Strong working knowledge and training experience with key sales technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to act as an engaging facilitator.

Where you will work:

  • Considering fully remote candidates located within the Eastern and Central time zones of the United States.
