The Managed Service Consultant will manage incoming requests within SLA, handling the required work and providing feedback to customers by assisting them via phone and web conferences to help them make changes on their Vonage call plans and reports. Support Vonage to increase impact and performance of these carrier services (numbers, short codes, CPaaS reselling), working closely with our various carrier partners in collaboration with our internal teams to help close, support and drive revenue. You will support the delivery and ongoing management of these Carrier Services & Engineering functions.

Manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of customer retention, adoption, and engagement, ensuring their ongoing success. Develop strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, providing the necessary tools and guidance to maximize their use of the product. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels, understanding their objectives and aligning our application offering to meet their needs.

Enhance the developer experience and improve the capabilities of our video APIs, focusing on media communications, VoIP technology, and WebRTC SDKs. You will design and maintain automated frameworks, develop sample code, user guides, and reference applications while supporting the integration of new features across the Vonage Communications Platform.
