You will own the development and execution of a scalable editorial strategy that elevates our market position and supports business objectives. This includes launching and growing a company blog for strategic storytelling and SEO, spearheading original research initiatives to establish market authority, and crafting editorial-quality customer stories that reinforce our vision and execution.

We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience, focusing on ensuring our customers are 100% happy and their issues are resolved quickly and professionally. The role involves logging, prioritizing, and escalating support issues, developing good client relationships, and resolving 1st line support issues via telephone and remote support.

This role will own and execute the strategy for regional channel events, TSD events, campaigns, and exclusive Vonage Events on the Channel. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience owning end-to-end marketing plans and understands the Channel, its TSDs and Partners. The candidate should be passionate about business communications and adept at producing engaging email and social campaigns.

The Retention Representative maintains Vonage customers via inbound calls and/or Correspondence via SalesForce, maintaining an acceptable customer save rate following Vonage policy and procedural guidelines for customer retention; day & evening shifts may be required.

Deliver outstanding client solutions by scoping client requirements, uncovering customer experience problems, and managing multiple project delivery. The role includes solution implementation services, integration development, and training. The successful consultant will inspire customer confidence through product knowledge, expertise, creativity, integrity, responsiveness, and effective communication.

As a Vonage Software Developer in Test, you will specialize in testing infrastructure and business logic for Business Support Systems. You'll develop automated tools and tests to streamline software development and elevate product quality. Your responsibilities include automated test case creation, planning, debugging, and execution. Your tasks also include testing Salesforce business flows and troubleshooting automation failures.
