We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience, focusing on ensuring our customers are 100% happy and their issues are resolved quickly and professionally. The role involves logging, prioritizing, and escalating support issues, developing good client relationships, and resolving 1st line support issues via telephone and remote support.
