What you'll do:

  • Help set the strategy for the onboarding and training of the salesforce and customer facing teams that will scale with our business
  • Create and execute on a powerful training curriculum that ranges from onboarding programs to continuous education and topic-based instruction
  • Create and maintain the content our GTM teams will use to support the entire life cycle of our customers

What we look for (qualifications):

  • 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS organization
  • Proven experience working in a hypergrowth or fast-paced SaaS environment with a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations
  • Experience in sales training and onboarding with a track record of driving results

Nice to haves:

  • Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC) or enablement frameworks are a plus
