About the Role:

  • Help scale our sales organization and boost performance across our global teams.
  • Support the development and execution of enablement programs that accelerate onboarding.
  • Empower non-technical sales professionals to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials and develop content.
  • Design and deliver role-based enablement for specific sales roles.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering sales onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
