About the Role:
- Help scale our sales organization and boost performance across our global teams.
- Support the development and execution of enablement programs that accelerate onboarding.
- Empower non-technical sales professionals to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials and develop content.
- Design and deliver role-based enablement for specific sales roles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales onboarding and enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
