Job Description
This role involves:
-Onboarding Program Ownership: Build, maintain, and evolve onboarding programs, lead sessions, and partner with SMEs.
-Sales Training & Development: Deliver training sessions, coordinate materials, and drive adoption of best practices.
-Sales Hub Ownership: Manage SharePoint and LMS, ensuring content is organized and aligned with current messaging.
Also:
-SKO & Revenue Events Support: Manage content development, agenda, and logistics for Sales Kickoff.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align enablement initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
-Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs for onboarding and training effectiveness, reporting on impact.
