This role involves leading medium to large-scale projects and programs, adhering to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. You will support Portfolio Managers, mentor junior team members and drive strategic outcomes. Objectives include strategizing, implementing program initiatives, developing program roadmaps and assessment protocols, and maintaining organizational standards.

The Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for capturing inbound requests from sales, including but not limited to; presentation development, asset locations, swag requests, and content location, then coordinating deliverables across the marketing team via our Jira instance. You’ll track timelines, set clear expectations, and ensure regular updates to sales stakeholders.
