This role will share responsibilities across the Global Enablement Partner Team and the Product Enablement Team, with a title of Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in equipping internal revenue teams with the knowledge, tools and resources they need to effectively engage with our products and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping support the Senior Director of Sales Training and Enablement to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to execute on the deployment of training programs for the sales team geared towards promoting Nutrafol Clear Skin and other new products in the Nutrafol portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in creating training content, and a deep understanding of how to strengthen cross-functional synergy.

Manage customers’ tailored and value-driven implementation experience ensuring customers are set up for success in achieving their business goals. Manage ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables that are shared with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives. Level up the social sophistication of our customers as well as our team to meet the ever-changing needs of social media.
