Job Description
The Director of Sales Enablement will dream up and roll out a top-notch sales enablement program including tools, processes, cool training programs, and even accreditations owning the 6-12-18 month roadmap. You will build and manage enablement tools and resources that help our sales teams bring in the wins by aligning our sales process with how our clients buy, so we can boost speed and close more deals at every stage. You will create targeted plans and programs to level up everyone’s skills.
This role will work with sales leaders, create training materials and playbooks, and inspire a coaching culture.
