The Sales Enablement Specialist will drive and support key initiatives across the Revenue Organization, with a strong emphasis on new hire onboarding. While onboarding sales professionals will be the core focus, they will operate as a generalist and flex into ongoing enablement needs as the business evolves. This role will play a pivotal part in broader enablement initiatives, including tech stack adoption, AI-skill development, sales productivity, and everboarding programs.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will own, update, and support the Sales onboarding program; provide support for ongoing enablement initiatives by developing programs and delivering training; assist with tracking of key success metrics and KPIs; support onboarding program development and execution; facilitate blended learning experiences; conduct skills gap analyses; collaborate on resources; improve ramp time and career growth; monitor sales performance; track and analyze the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs.
