As an Enterprise Sales Director you will be responsible for driving the Enterprise sales function at AssetWatch primarily through new logo acquisition. The Director of Sales will assume responsibility for leading a team of Strategic Solution Architects (sellers) to exceed the assigned sales goals and revenue targets. Work closely with the Enterprise Solution Architects to achieve corporate level agreements within their target logo accounts.
AssetWatch is seeking a Business Development Representative that will execute effective sales strategies to cultivate new business opportunities and facilitate growth for AssetWatch. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales development, lead generation, and manufacturing.
As a Junior FP&A Analyst at AssetWatch, you will turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance, working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and other teams to analyze data and support growth and operational efficiency, seeking a proactive, analytical thinker with strong technical skills and a curiosity for the business.
Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly/quarterly/annual close, and consolidations. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies; oversee AP, Payroll, Fix Assets, inventory and other core operational accounting processes. Serve as a key resource to the VP of Accounting in the selection, design and implementation of the accounting system.
As Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will lead the strategic execution engine of the company being responsible for establishing and scaling a high-performing PMO that oversees cross-functional, high-impact programs across engineering, sales, finance, customer success, supply chain, and the executive leadership team. This role ensures alignment between company objectives and execution, promotes governance, and drives predictable program delivery across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions.
