As a thought partner to Sales Leaders, conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps and understand the unique challenges across Verticalized Sales teams. Recommend, develop, and implement tailored enablement solutions to address identified gaps and align with business priorities. Co-build bespoke enablement content in partnership with global and regional teams to support sales effectiveness/productivity. Build collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners for alignment and impact.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs. Play a key role in the successful planning and execution of GTM enablement launches, owning the full cycle: analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. Bring proven experience in sales enablement, with at least 5 years leading initiatives, and a track record of delivering world-class training programs.
