Senior Program Manager, Revenue Enablement

Collaborate with Sales executives, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps and other stakeholders to create and deliver leadership development programs that support key sales plays, new product introductions, new sales process and tool adoption. Develop and deliver highly customized training programs on sales leadership product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, sales processes/tools. Conduct constant needs assessment and evaluation of effectiveness of leadership development programs, making adjustments to meet the needs. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather content to base trainings on, ensuring relevance and impact for sales leaders. Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences for sales leaders. Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales leadership team to continuously improve learning programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales leader needs.
