Reporting to the Director, Sales Training, the Manager, Sales Training will play a key role in developing and executing sales training initiatives to support Nuvalent’s first commercial launch. This individual will be responsible for implementing onboarding and ongoing learning programs that enhance the sales team’s clinical knowledge, competitive insights, and selling skills.
Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Commercial and Compliance, the Associate Director of Compliance Operations will be a critical part of the team designing and implementing Nuvalent’s compliance program. This involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, as well as supporting staff training and reporting on compliance activities. They also play a key role in risk assessment and mitigation, working closely with other departments to ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries. We are looking for an experienced, engaging and solution-oriented employee to join the Nuvalent team.
