- You’ll own the full sales cycle (5-7 months on average) from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers.
- You drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for n8n's self-hosted Enterprise plans (Company size: over 2500 employees | Land deal size: 50-300K ARR).
- You develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, particularly team leaders in DevOps, engineering, and IT. Be the trusted advisor our clients turn to for workflow automation solutions.
- Act as the primary People Partner to 1–2 departments, supporting managers on performance, development, morale, and communication.
- Coach managers through tough conversations, feedback, conflict, and team challenges — with a focus on fairness and accountability.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, goal setting, development, retention, and exits.
