Build and lead a world-class Developer Relations function that educates, inspires, and grows the n8n developer ecosystem by defining and implementing a global Developer Relations strategy aligned with product, marketing, and community goals. Manage and support a team of Developer Relations professionals and elevate content and developer engagement, drive advocacy and cross-functional alignment.

We're looking for n8n’s first Head of Data, a strategic builder who’s excited to design our data strategy, stack, and culture from the ground up, helping every team make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions as we scale. Your main goal will be to build and lead n8n’s first dedicated data function, defining the strategy, stack, and culture that turn data into a core driver of growth and decision-making across the company.

Provide technical support to users via tickets, chat, and community forums. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to n8n, including workflow execution, integrations, and performance. Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges. Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
