About the role:

  • Responsible for pipeline building, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Runs a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion--uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing deals.
  • Sells to technical buyers and thrives in fast-growing environments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owns and exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined DACH enterprise territory
  • Builds pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning.
  • Maintains rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
  • DACH market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
  • Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): Uses structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
