We are seeking an Ecosystem Growth unicorn to spearhead our hyper-localized strategy—building, educating, and engaging communities of developers who are new to Web3. You will develop and execute growth initiatives, cultivate relationships with local communities, and champion XION’s mission to transform the developer landscape in crypto.

Transform how developers experience GitLab by leading Education, Open Source, and Contributors programs globally, impacting the dual flywheel strategy and converting users into contributors. Connect community-driven product improvements with revenue opportunities, establish metrics-driven program strategies, and demonstrate how community programs deliver tangible business results.

This role involves leading a team of developer experience engineers and advocates to impact developers building media assets into web and mobile apps. The organization will focus on code, content, and community, delivering SDKs, sample applications, workshops, and video tutorials. The team will also work with product management and R&D to represent the developer experience.
