We're looking for a hands-on AI Principle Engineer to help us build the future of AI at Improvado, where you will define the product vision based on real user needs and directly build the systems that power it. You’ll drive the direction of our AI features, bridging product thinking and deep engineering, and help guide a small, talented team of AI engineers, mentoring, setting direction, and writing production code alongside them.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll drive intelligent features that redefine how users build automations by building AI-powered capabilities, from natural language input to smart suggestions, that make creating workflows faster and more intuitive, and improve existing AI integrations. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and design to bring generative AI and LLM-based enhancements into the core user experience.
