What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement Voice AI applications with linguistic and speech expertise.
- Own language support end to end, including normalization and pronunciation rules.
- Analyze complex speech problems across languages, accents, and dialects.
What You'll Need:
- Master's or PhD in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale experiment design and quantitative research.
- Hands-on experience building Voice AI applications and proficiency in Python.
What We Offer:
- Base pay of $161,300 - $274,200, plus equity and variable compensation.
