Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications including NLP pipelines, predictive models, and recommendation engines.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered features using APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic; implement RAG patterns and AI agent workflows.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; 4+ years of software development with 2+ years in AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.
- Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, vector search, and cloud AI services.
Compensation & Work Environment:
- Salary range $135,000-$175,000 per year.
- Role may be performed in a hybrid or remote setting.
