Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview:

• Design and develop production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise environments.
• Build autonomous agents with Glean, OpenAI/GPT Enterprise, and AWS or GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own AI agents from architecture to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Implement RAG, tool calling, permissions, and observability for reliable systems.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality systematically.

Requirements:

• 3+ years operating LLM-powered systems in production, with deep Glean and OpenAI API experience.
• Strong prompt engineering and evaluation-first mindset.
