About the Job:
- Drive enablement for LaunchDarkly's Growth segment, including AEs and SDRs globally.
- Support the new business acquisition motion and owns end-to-end enablement.
- Contribute scalable frameworks, best practices, and programs that support the broader revenue organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to operationalize the Growth-segment enablement strategy.
- Build and deliver globally scalable yet regionally adaptable programs.
- Deliver and continuously refine onboarding programs.
About You:
- Strategic and action-oriented; executes practical programs that drive measurable sales outcomes.
- Understands how to enable AEs and SDRs to create, progress, and convert pipeline.
- Comfortable enabling across onboarding, everboarding, pipeline generation, methodology, and process execution.
