About the Job:

  • Drive enablement for LaunchDarkly's Growth segment, including AEs and SDRs globally.
  • Support the new business acquisition motion and owns end-to-end enablement.
  • Contribute scalable frameworks, best practices, and programs that support the broader revenue organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to operationalize the Growth-segment enablement strategy.
  • Build and deliver globally scalable yet regionally adaptable programs.
  • Deliver and continuously refine onboarding programs.

About You:

  • Strategic and action-oriented; executes practical programs that drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Understands how to enable AEs and SDRs to create, progress, and convert pipeline.
  • Comfortable enabling across onboarding, everboarding, pipeline generation, methodology, and process execution.
