Job Description

Team Management:

  • Hire and manage a growing team of revenue enablement professionals.
  • Manage team projects to a high standard using SCRUM or OKR frameworks.
  • Host Executive QBRs leveraging Revenue Enablement Metrics and KPIs.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Identify company goals and align them with core projects for the revenue enablement team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Support the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap.

Program Development:

  • Lead and execute core projects related to product launches, sales process, and methodology.
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Assist the team in prioritizing enablement requests that come up during the quarter
