Job Description
Team Management:
- Hire and manage a growing team of revenue enablement professionals.
- Manage team projects to a high standard using SCRUM or OKR frameworks.
- Host Executive QBRs leveraging Revenue Enablement Metrics and KPIs.
Strategic Alignment:
- Identify company goals and align them with core projects for the revenue enablement team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Support the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap.
Program Development:
- Lead and execute core projects related to product launches, sales process, and methodology.
- Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Assist the team in prioritizing enablement requests that come up during the quarter
