Support the development of next-generation AI systems by reviewing model outputs. Identify errors in construction documentation and contribute to higher-quality datasets. Maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive, document-heavy tasks.
Account Manager owns the renewals and up-selling of new products into our rapidly growing ecosystem of customers. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Finance teams to streamline workflows and communication processes within Greenhouse. Identify and mitigate churn risk clearly and own resolution strategies, advising sales leadership of ideal resolutions wherever appropriate.
