Qualifications & Skills:
- Healthcare experience a plus; background in quality programs ideal.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Ability to create clear, polished documentation and training materials.
Position Purpose:
- Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
