Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Assist in screening CVs and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information. Help draft engaging job descriptions and support employer branding initiatives. Conduct market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners.

As a critical member of the Talent Strategy team, the Talent Strategy Analyst works globally across our organization supporting strategic initiatives that support the short and long-term needs of our organization. Using sound methods and expertise, the Analyst coordinates and manages implementation of initiatives that fuel scalable growth, foster employee engagement, drive productivity, and streamline processes and decision-making.
