The Supervisor β Arbitration provides the department leadership, oversight, and guidance, assists the manager with the department's day-to-day operations and serves as a point of contact, and is the βgo-toβ person for questions and issues, including training and mentoring the team, delegating work assignments, brief approvals, and monitoring deadlines.
