The Learning and Development Analyst will manage and optimize the learning management system across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of the LMS system, with a strong emphasis on data collection and measurement of training impact. The position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY.

This role will make our frontline—and our customers—unmistakably successful. You’ll own the end‑to‑end performance system: Customer experience agent new‑hire onboarding, ongoing upskilling, and the knowledge engine across multiple audiences and 12+ lines of business. It’s a design, operate, and scale function that reduces time‑to‑proficiency, lifts quality, and increases self‑service capabilities.
