You will play an essential part in the creation, administration, and execution of interviews for our India and EMEA regions whilst simultaneously elevating our standards of excellent candidate care and customer service. You will schedule onsite and remote interviews, demos/presentations, and executive meetings across multiple time zones.

Manage the high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process for all of Nutrafol’s new team members and will work on a variety of roles across the organization, including Finance, Supply Chain, Ops, Sales, Tech, Analytics, Retention, Brand & Growth Marketing, & Science. Responsible for owning TA metrics, hitting ambitious targets and maintaining a recruitment system that scales with the growing demands.
