As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will own, optimize, and scale Wrike's global onboarding experience, ensuring that new hires across Sales and Customer Success are set up for success from day one with a streamlined, engaging, and impactful onboarding journey. You will partner with GTM, Product, HR, and Ops to optimize the new hire experience and drive improvements to enhance ramp time and productivity.
This role is pivotal in preparing mentors to support mentees. VSCs guide applicants through a screening process and oversee iMentor’s screening pipeline. They connect with prospective mentors from NYC, Chicago and Baltimore, assessing applicants for motivation, program fit and volunteer eligibility.
This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee the operational processes that ensure the quality of our live educational events, lead the growth of our presenter team, and contribute to the development of evidence-based learning content. Manage a small team responsible for event scheduling and assist with customizing psychoeducational training content and written materials to audience needs based on industry, role, and/or social identity.
