Serve as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries via phone and email.
Manage the production and distribution of donor acknowledgments and tribute notifications.
Maintain up-to-date constituent records and ensure accuracy across all touchpoints.

Gift Processing & Finance Liaison:

Accurately process incoming donations across multiple channels.
Partner with the Finance team to reconcile donations and ensure accurate coding and reporting.
Serve as a liaison between the Advancement and Finance teams and local Hillels.

Data & Reporting:

Manage donor records in Salesforce, including gift entry, donor profiles, and engagement activity.
Run regular reports to track campaign and donor activity and perform data audits.
Support direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns by managing lists and gift imports.
