Position Overview:
- Manages the technology tools that drive fundraising.
- These tools include Salesforce nonprofit cloud, fundraising systems, and technology platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Support fundraising goals through system optimization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and optimize the fundraising CRM System, ensuring data accuracy, deduplication, documentation, and system improvements.
- Optimize additional fundraising platforms including Classy, Double the Donation, FreeWill, Data Axle, Salesforce nonprofit cloud, prospecting platforms and and others.
- Identify and manage technology platforms and partners.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- In-depth proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and fundraising technology tools specifically Salesforce Accounting Subledger and Atrata’s prospecting tool WeathEngine.
- Data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor engagement.
