Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for roles across all departments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview processes running smoothly and on track
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or scheduling role at a high-growth company, tech or AI preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong candidate-first mindset
