What you will own:
- Manage an effective scheduling process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews through Ashby.
- Assist Recruiters to maintain accuracy of information within our Application Tracking System.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be willing to work US hours
- 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred
What Will Make Us Love You:
- Experience scheduling in a high paced SaaS environment
- Experience using Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Software
- Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders
