Candidate Experience & Journey Ownership:
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience across all stages of the hiring lifecycle.
- Design and continuously improve candidate-facing touchpoints.
- Act as the single-threaded IC owner for candidate experience standards.
Coordination & Execution (High-Complexity):
- Independently manage high-volume and high-complexity interview coordination.
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively solve for interviewer availability.
- Manage candidate logistics such as NDAs, interview confirmations, and travel coordination.
ATS Ownership & Systems (Ashby):
- Serve as the primary IC owner and expert for Ashby.
- Configure and maintain pipelines, interview plans, scorecards, automations, and reporting.
- Partner with recruiters to optimize workflows and ensure data accuracy and system hygiene.
