Mysten Labs

The data science team at Mysten Labs is looking to hire a Sr. Data Scientist, where data science includes product analytics, data engineering, partnership measurement, and building out best practices for measuring activity on the high-performance Sui Blockchain. The successful candidate will partner with product, engineering, and partnership teams to conceptualize, measure, and report on product rollouts, chain health, and ecosystem behaviors. Individuals with web3 backgrounds will get to further develop their web3 skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to design web3 analytics systems that run at web2 scale, reliability, and robustness. As a Staff Data Engineer you will partner with the heads of Data and Engineering to effectively and smoothly process high-volume data in a reliable and robust way. You will get to touch all parts of the business at Mysten Labs and become the expert on data structures on the Sui blockchain.

The Interop team would own horizontal systems that interface directly with the Sui network. The Interop Layer provides systems support for the services that run on top of Sui, in all of their aspects of Sui interactions, state management, production reliability and release management.
