Drive the planning and design of Web3 products, including Dex, Swap, wallets, and DeFi, detailing functionalities, user experience, and underlying logic. The candidate will conduct market analysis and competitor analysis for Web3 products and propose optimization plans. They will manage project plans, coordinate resources, and adjust strategies according to user feedback to optimize the user experience.

Reporting to the CPO, as Head of Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product management team, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our user-first philosophy while maintaining operational excellence.
