Coordination & Candidate Experience:
- Own candidate communications and ensure a smooth journey across global time zones.
- Proactively track progress, follow up on gaps, and maintain a zero dropped-ball process.
- Partner with HRBPs, TA Ops, and Finance to align on hiring data, compliance, and governance.
Hiring Program Ops:
- Partner with recruiters to finalize JDs, create rubrics, design interview loops, and prepare interviewers.
- Ensure every role has a single source of truth.
- Document processes and templatize what works.
Funnel Hygiene & Reporting:
- Keep our ATS data clean, run weekly reporting, and highlight blockers and insights for recruiters and leadership.
- Own weekly TA syncs: agendas, action items, and follow-through.
- Keep the team focused and accountable.
