As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by organizing and streamlining processes, setting up and managing tools like PeopleForce and Notion, and collaborating directly with the PeopleForce team as well all internal teams at SD Solutions. You’ll help maintain the structure and accessibility of our internal knowledge base, coordinate HR-related tasks, and ensure the team is well-equipped with accurate information and systems.

Identify top talent and manage the early stages of the recruitment process. Spend ~80% of your time sourcing and assessing candidates and ~20% providing recruitment support and administration. Meet with recruiters to understand job requirements and strategize sourcing plans to meet client expectations.

In this role, you will spend ~50% of your time coordinating interviews and managing written communication with candidates and ~50% providing recruitment operations support and administration. Tasks include managing communication with candidates, coordinating interview scheduling, troubleshooting system issues, and facilitating onboarding processes.

As a Team Coordinator at Colonist, take ownership of operations, ensuring our teams run efficiently.
