Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive coordination focused projects that establish best practices, tools, and workflows across the coordination team
- Own complex scheduling and coordination efforts for the Talent Acquisition team, refining interview workflows to improve efficiency, alignment, and consistency
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Three or more years of experience in high volume coordination or recruiting coordination
- Subject matter expertise using Notion to own documentation, coordination workflows, and project execution resources supporting Talent Acquisition operations and new initiatives.
- Proven success scheduling across multiple calendars, stakeholders, and time zones
