As a Software Development Engineer in Test at Topstep, you’ll play a foundational role in guiding how we design, build, and evolve the systems that power our trader experience. You’ll work at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and product strategy, leading cross-team efforts, defining long-term engineering patterns, and helping elevate the quality of both our code and our culture. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of hands-on execution and high-level vision.
We’re searching for a 3D Motion Designer to bring concepts to life through sophisticated 3D animation and motion graphics. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, editors, copy writers, and producers. Conceptualize, design, and animate 3D and 2D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product visuals, social content, brand films, and educational media.
Shape and maintain Topstep’s visual identity across all brands and touchpoints, combining conceptual design, creative problem-solving, and brand stewardship. You’ll lead the design execution of brand and marketing initiatives, uphold and evolve brand standards, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative that drives awareness, engagement, and performance.
Safeguard users and the organization by leading efforts to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity across all payment channels. The team investigates fraud and suspicious activity concerning debit cards, credit cards, digital banking, payments, and electronic services. Plays a vital role in safeguarding revenue and minimizing losses through risk analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and ensuring a secure use experience through real-time transaction monitoring. Supervise a team of fraud prevention specialists.
Play a foundational role in shaping our white-label trading platform—from C# microservices running on Kubernetes to the React-based experiences that partners customize for their traders. Be instrumental in our architectural modernization, establishing patterns that enable teams to move fast with confidence while maintaining the reliability and flexibility that our partners demand. Own features end-to-end, design for multi-tenancy and partner customization, establish reusable patterns that scale across teams, and mentor engineers.
As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Topstep, you'll play a foundational role in shaping the trader experience—from the database schema to the UI components traders interact with daily. You'll be instrumental in our architectural modernization, establishing patterns that enable teams to move fast with confidence while maintaining the reliability and performance that traders demand.
Play a foundational role in building our mobile trading platform using React Native. Launch our MVP, establish mobile architecture patterns, and then embed within feature teams to drive ongoing mobile development. Shape the mobile experience for traders and set the technical foundation that will scale across both our trader experience and trading experience platforms.
This role is foundational to scaling Topstep responsibly and defending our hard-earned reputation. You will be responsible for building, executing, and maturing a world-class privacy program from the ground up, ensuring we satisfy global regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.). By seamlessly integrating Privacy by Design principles into our products and operations, you will not only ensure compliance but actively enhance the security and confidence of our global community of traders.

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Topstep, you'll play a foundational role in shaping how we approach reliability, observability, and infrastructure at scale. You'll be instrumental in building out our SRE practice, defining our incident response culture, closing observability gaps, and optimizing our AWS infrastructure for both performance and cost.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the design of key product areas end-to-end, solving complex problems and translating insights into elegant solutions. You will create analytical and decision-making tools for traders, driving the product development lifecycle and balancing creativity with critical thinking to shape how users experience Topstep.
