The HR Generalist with a strong payroll focus will lead and support multi-state and international payroll operations, while also contributing to core HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role will be central to maintaining accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across 28 U.S. states and Canada, and will help support the continued growth of our team.

This role supports and optimizes our HR technology infrastructure while managing core HR functions. They will serve as the primary administrator of the company’s HRIS platform, ensuring system accuracy, access controls, and data integrity. The HR Generalist will also act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and play a key role in maintaining compliant and effective HR operations.

This role is pivotal in identifying developmental opportunities, designing scalable learning programs, and implementing tools that drive performance across the organization. The Manager of Learning & Development will play a strategic role in shaping how we grow talent across the organization.
