As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience by sourcing high-caliber candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles. Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards). Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever). Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies. Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects. Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
