Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidatesmonthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods.
  • Align with hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress.
  • Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expectations:

  • Filling some positions monthly within the first 3–6 months.
  • Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs).
  • Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness.
