Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidatesmonthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods.
- Align with hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress.
- Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expectations:
- Filling some positions monthly within the first 3–6 months.
- Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs).
- Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness.
